I nearly had to go to hospital. I took the tablet around 5 pm, and by the time I turned in for the night at 12, my heart was racing and my chest was so tight that I thought I was about to have a heart attack.

Severe side effects

Just like coffee but with a slew of negative side effects. It delivers the same energy as coffee but without the calories. One pill causes severe racing in my chest and nausea, even on a full stomach. I often feel as though I'm having a heart or panic attack due to my racing chest. I would recommend opting for coffee instead!
